"Insurance Representative Mac was attentive and prompt to receive the payment of a lability policy in full pending the approval by State Farm. About 2 months later, State Farm sent a letter indicating that the policy had not been approved and included an “overpayment” check. The check value was less than 20% of the full policy value paid in advance for a whole year. This is deceitful to customers that expect companies to conduct business with integrity. Next time, DO NOT pay unless you have a policy approved in front of you!!!"
