I have been working with the agency since 2001. I have many years of insurance knowledge and currently hold the role of Agency & Business Development Manager. I am a licensed 220 & 214 agent and mainly work out of our Miami Legacy Agency. I speak both English and Spanish and look forward to assisting you with your business and insurance needs. When not working, I enjoy doing cross fit, spending time & traveling with my family.

I have been working with the Rick Sanchez Agency since October of 2023. My current role is customer service. I speak both English and Spanish and can assist you with questions you may have regarding your policy. When I am not working, I am taking care of my two beautiful daughters and spending time with my husband. My hobbies consist of cooking, reading books and finding new adventures for the family. I recently started working at the agency as an Account Assistant. I was born and raised in South Africa, and I am now proud to call Florida my home. I obtained my 440 license and currently pursuing my 215 license. I’m multilingual, I’m fluent in Afrikaans, Dutch and English and I know very basic Spanish. Cristina has worked for our agency for 19 years and has both her 215 and 220 licenses. Originally from Miami, she now commutes daily to our Boca Raton location in order to better serve our customers in that area.
